The sub-base is what your driveway is built on. Lay it too shallow, use the wrong material, or skip proper compaction — and the surface above it will fail. We use compacted MOT Type 1 on every single job, assessed and specified to the correct depth for your ground conditions. It's more work. It costs more. And it's why our driveways last 20+ years.
